Things to know about your rental

Please see the below reminds prior to your event:


SPACE / SET-UP AREA: We will need someone there to direct us to the spot that you would like your inflatable to be set-up.  Please measure your set up area to make sure everything will fit as you are responsible if there is not enough room for the rental you selected. We also need a 36in wide path to the set-up area to include gates and doors. 

POWER: We will need somewhere there to direct us to the nearest outlet.  You are responsible for ensuring that there are enough power outlets (and power) within 50-75 feet of your set up area.  One outlet per bounce house is recommended, and we are not responsible for breaker issues.

GRASS / YARD: Please be sure that your yard is in good shape and maintained leading up to the event but DO NOT cut the grass the morning of the event due to the loose grass that will stick to our inflatables.  Please ensure all animal waste is cleaned up from the yard.  Failure to properly prep your lawn will incur a cleaning fee. 

WATER: If you have rented a water slide, please be sure to have your hose connected to your spigot and ready to reach the designated set-up area at your event to help make for a smooth process for our team to attach it to the inflatable. 

Our dry inflatables are not to be used with water, otherwise you will be charged an additional fee.  We provide water options that you can see in our inventory.  Please make sure that you have a hose that can reach the space you would like us to set up the inflatable, otherwise you must add the hose rental from our inventory for an additional charge.

STAKES: We drive stakes into the ground to secure most equipment. Please mark any irrigation or utility lines. We are not responsible for any damage to irrigation systems on the property due to stakes or staking. If you have an irrigation system please let us know where not to stake.

OHIO WEATHER:  Under certain conditions, our inflatables may be delivered wet due to cleaning purposes and/or the frequency of rain in Ohio.  All inflatables are delivered in the morning to ensure that they are dry for your event.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a rain or wind cancellation per the discretion of Bounce House Near Me, you will be given the option to reschedule to a new date or a full refund.  If customer cancels outside of 48 hours prior to event date, the customer will receive a 50% refund of the full rental price.  If customer cancels inside of 48 hours prior to event date, the customer will not receive a refund.  Deposits are non-refundable for non-weather related cancellations.

REMAINING BALANCE: If you only paid the deposit for your rental, the remaining balance is due the Monday prior to your rental date.  We will run the card on file the Monday prior to your event.  Please let us know if you have any questions on this process.

DELIVERY AND PICK UPS: We will deliver between the hours of 7am and 12pm. Pick ups begin at 8pm regardless of when your party ends.  If you are in need a later drop off time outside of our window, or earlier pick up, please contact us. 

We are usually unable to accommodate late pick up request as we have multiple units out each day and have to follow a strict pick-up schedule. To request a late pick up, feel free to contact us to see if we can accommodate. 

PARKS: If your event is at a park, you are responsible for ensuring you have the proper permits and certificate of insurance from us by contacting us.  Most parks require a general permit and a special use permit for inflatables. Verify this info with the park and make sure we are allowed to use stakes to secure the equipment to the ground. 

LEAVING EQUIPMENT: Equipment can not be left unattended. You will be liable for any theft or damage that occurs to the equipment if it is left unattended.  This also means that if your event is at a park or a public space, you can not leave the park before we pick up the equipment.
